Aadhaar was established by planning commision of India in 2009. Aadhaar is the National Indentification Number. Aadhaar is oraganaised by UIDAI. Aadhaar will play most prominent role for every citizen who resident in India.
If you lost your Aadhaar card, No need to worry you can download another card from UIDAI. You should have Enrollment Number OR Aadhaar Number.

How To fill Your Deatials :
1) If you lost your already having Aadhaar card then select Aadhaar, Then enter your 14 digit Aadhaar number and write complete name on Aadhaar. Submit your Pincode and enter captcha code, Then you will receive OTP. Enter OTP and download your Aadhaar.
2) If you dont receive your Aadhaar after enrolling your details at UIDAI centre. Then select Enrolment ID
Enter 14 digit enrollment ID and enter the exact date and time on your acknowledgement. Rest of steps all are same.
Simply follow these steps and download your Aadhaar.
