Verify Your Ownership With HTML Meta Tag Method

Verifying  your user ownership for your blogger in Google Webmaster Tools will create secure channel for your Blog and Google to receive information.

Today in this article i am specially focused on HTML Meta Tag Verification. There are several ways to claim your ownership, But Meta Tag is the best and easiest way.

Other Methods To Verify :

By default Webmaster Tools offer to upload a HTML file to your site to verify you. This will be little bit tricky and hard way proceed.

There are some alternate methods also to verify you.

1) Using HTML Tag

2) Using Google Tag Manager

3) Via Domain Name Provider

4) Link your Google Analytics

Here i am showing with HTML Meta Tag. If you are master in HTML this will be very eaasy for you. Even if you are not then also it will cool to learn.

HTML Meta Tag Verification :

1) First signup for Google Webmaster account. Then you need to add your site(Enter Your Website URL). Click on verify this site

2) After clicking on verify this site. You will get default method(HTML File Upload). Click on Alternate Methods in the next tab.

3) Select HTML Tag

 4) Copy that Meta Tag code.

5) Go To Blogger Dashboard and Template Then Edit HTML

6) Now paste that Meta Tag code under the head section of your template. Head section will be in the beginning of your HTML code.

7) After placing your code, Open webmaster tools and click on verify. If every thing you did perfectly you will receive a message.
