1) First thing you should know what is your present IP by using so many online services are there like www.whatismyip.com.
2) If you are using wireless router for your broadband connection remove it and connect directly to your PC.
3) Go To RUN(Windows+R) and Type CMD hit enter. Simply type this in command prompt
ipconfig /release then hit enter.
4) Now open control panel and go to Network and sharing centre and click change adaptersettings. Disable your local area internet connection for some time and RESTART your PC.
5) Your Done. For confirmation go to www.whatismyip.com and check your present IP.
6) If you want to check or remove your IP from blacklisted. Go to spamhause.org fill appeal form there and submit it.
